The SEMLI Biokinetics Practice, located within the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Pretoria, invites applications for the 2026 Biokinetics Internship.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Fulfil the full-time biokinetics internship requirements in accordance with the regulations of the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Honours degree in Biokinetics;
• First Aid Level 1 and 2 (including BLS)
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
COMPETENCIES (SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES):
• Appropriate language, communication and interpersonal skills;
• A positive client service attitude;
• Computer literacy in MS-Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• A high level of professional and ethical conduct;
• Ability to apply the latest knowledge in the field of Biokinetics;
• Ability to transfer the knowledge to students and to assist in practical training;
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
